The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person logging onto this website and agreeing to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Up-Vault. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and the Company. These terms govern the offer, acceptance, and payment necessary to assist the Client in the most appropriate manner, subject to applicable laws.
Refunds and Exchanges
At Up-Vault, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, there are specific conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or replacements may be offered.

Non-Negotiable Refunds:
Refunds are not permitted for sale/discounted items or gift cards under any circumstances. Additionally, accidental purchases, or purchases made without thoroughly reviewing the products in your cart, are also non-refundable. Please double-check your selections before completing your order to ensure they meet your needs. -
Cryptocurrency Transactions:
If you send any cryptocurrency to an incorrect wallet or address not associated with Up-Vault, we will not be able to process the order, issue a replacement, or refund the payment.
If you send more or less cryptocurrency than required for the transaction, there is a chance the excess or deficit will be lost. However, if the transaction is traceable within the Company’s wallet transaction history, you may be entitled to a refund of up to 80% of the amount sent (excluding any applicable fees). We are not liable for any mistakes or discrepancies in cryptocurrency transactions. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct wallet/address and the proper amount are used to complete your order. -
Device Compatibility:
We provide product descriptions to help ensure compatibility with your device. If device compatibility is explicitly mentioned in the product description, we reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement requests based on incompatibility, especially if the compatibility terms were clearly stated prior to your purchase. -
Management Discretion:
Refunds or exchanges are non-negotiable and will not be granted unless authorized by a member of the management team. By making a purchase from our website, you agree to these terms. -
Chargebacks:
Any chargebacks filed with the intention of manipulating the system to receive an unjust refund will not only be dismissed in our favor but will also result in the permanent barring of the customer from making future purchases or participating in our community activities.
